Dorothy Killion,,78 of Seymour, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at Covered Bridge Health Campus.
She was born August 30, 1937, in Butler County, Ohio, the daughter of Robert S. and Mary Ann (Norton) Neanover.
On July 14, 1957, she married Arthur Killion Jr. in Lynchburg, Ohio, who preceded her in death September 19, 1997.
Mrs. Killion was a member of Central Christian Church. She was a homemaker and retired from the Lutheran Community Home in 2011 where she worked in the kitchen and housekeeping departments. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and the Eagles Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Diana L. Killion (Jeff Smith), daughter-in-law, Carol Killion, grandchildren, Doug Killion, Ben Smith, Leigh (Robbie) Perky, Arthur M. Killion, Adi (Jeff) Nicholson, Kelsey Killion, and Jessie Killion; great-grandchildren, Dylan Fields, Tylan Nicholson, Conell Killion, brother, Patrick (Diane) Neanover.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons, Charles “Rick” Killion and Arthur Duane Killion; a daughter, Melissa Hildreth, and four brothers, Jessie, Virgil, Albert and Harry Neanover.
Funeral service will be held at Voss Chapel on Monday, June 27, 2016, at 11:00 am with Rev. Kit Bogan officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends and family may gather at Voss Chapel on Monday after 9 am until time of service.
