Mrs. Edna Marie “Granny” Kaufman, 92, of Seymour, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016, at Lutheran Community Home with her loving family by her side.
Born October 15, 1923, in Seymour, she was the daughter of William and Anna (Hageman) Kloeker.
Edna was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She had been employed as a bookkeeper at Pardieck’s Mechanical.
She is survived by her children: Jeffery W. Kaufman and Kim C. Kaufman; eight grandchildren: Corbett Hammons, Jeff (Sandy) Kaufman, Chris Kaufman, Josh (Genesis) Kaufman, Rocky (Katie) Kaufman, Kimberly (Nate) Neeley, April (Joshua) Pugh and Austin Kaufman; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Dawn Marie Hammons, daughter-in-law, Linda Gail Kaufman, six brothers, and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Monday, August 29, 2016, at 11:00 am with Rev. Ralph Blomenberg, Rev. Philip Bloch and Rev. James Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call at Voss Chapel on Sunday from 3 to 7 pm and at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Monday after 10:00 am until time of service.
