Elijah Ray Sullivan, age 6, passed away on Thursday evening, December 21, 2023, due to a devastating automobile accident in Jackson County.
Elijah was born on September 26, 2017, in Seymour to Kevin Ray Sullivan and Heather Jo Kellar. He was a kindergarten student at St. John’s Sauers Lutheran School in Seymour. He was a happy and fun-loving six-year-old boy who enjoyed playing baseball, fishing, playing his Nintendo Switch, reading and playing outside. He loved his friends, especially Miles and Tucker, as they were like The Three Amigos. He will be forever missed by all who loved him.
Survivors include his parents, Kevin Sullivan of Freetown and Heather Jo Kellar of Seymour; brothers, Scott Sullivan (Kim) of Seymour, Ben Barcamonte of Seymour; sister, Chloe Barcamonte of Seymour; nephew, Archer Sullivan; and niece Addie Sullivan.
Funeral services for Elijah Sullivan will be held on Friday, December 29 at 10:00AM at St. John’s Sauers Lutheran Church, 1108 South County Road 460 East, Seymour, IN 47274. The family will receive guests on Thursday, December 28 from 3:00PM until 8:00PM at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, 316 N. Chestnut Street, Seymour, IN and again on Friday morning at the church from 9:00AM until the time of service. Burial will immediately follow at Freetown Cemetery in Freetown, IN.
Memorial contributions can be made in Elijah Sullivan’s memory to St. John’s Sauers Lutheran School.
