Mrs. Emma M. Vanarsdall, 71, of Seymour passed away July 28, 2014 at Hoosier Christian Village.

Born December 27, 1942 in Adams, IN, she was the daughter of Roscoe and Eva L. (Bostic) Chambers.

Emma was a CNA at Muscatatuck State Hospital. She was a member of Central Christian Church. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Emma is survived by her son Bill (Becky) Vanarsdall, 4 grandchildren Kayla L (Gerald) Stout, Kenneth L Philpot, Nathan Patrick and Anthony Patrick, and brother John R. Chambers.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Walter Chambers.

Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel on Friday August 1, 2014 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Lewis Wright officiating.

Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.

Friends may call at Voss Chapel on Thursday July 31, 2014 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM and on Friday after 9:00 AM until time of service.
