Ilene Large, 90, passed away peacefully at Majestic Care of North Vernon in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 23, 2024. She was born November 21, 1933, in Seymour.
Ilene loved gardening. She loved growing both vegetables and flowers, especially roses. But her life’s true mission was caring for her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, April 26, 2024, at 1:15 pm at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour. Friends and family may call at Voss and Sons Funeral Home, 316 North Chestnut Street, Seymour, from 12:00 pm Friday until the time of the service.
Memorial contributions in Ilene’s honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
