James “Jimmy” C. Wilson

July 10, 1956 - October 2, 2014

Mr. James C. (Jimmy) Wilson Sr., 58, of Seymour, passed away October 2, 2014 at his home.

Jimmy was born in Seymour, July, 10 1956 the son of Christeen E. (Hardy) and Robert George Wilson, Sr.

He was a 1975 graduate of Seymour High School, he worked for 24 yrs as a Maintenance Technician for Richardson’s Molding in Walesboro, IN. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, working, fishing, and NASCAR. He was a huge Tennessee and Chicago Bears fan. He was a member of the Eagles and VFW Auxiliary.
He also really enjoyed his grandkids.

Jimmy is survived by his children; Jimmy (Jessica) Wilson, Rachelle (Jeremy) Conyer and Julia (Blake Sawyer) Wilson, step children; Kim Frist and Jennifer (Brock) Russell, his significant other; Brenda Bloom Moore, grandchildren; Kirstie, Nathaniel, Harlan, Emma, Colton, Mariah (Stacey) Brown, Jennie, Matt, James and Marita, brothers; Robert “Bobby” (Becky) Wilson Jr, Joseph (Lucinda) Wilson, Ronnie (BJ) Wilson, sisters; Diane (Richard) Beaty, Darlene Nowling and Melvina (Dave) Bloom Sr., also several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson; Bentley Sawyer, stepson; Chris Hollin and niece; Rene M. Wilson.

Funeral Services will be held at Voss Chapel, Monday October 6, 2014, at 10:30 AM with Rev. Philip Bloch officiating.

Friends and family may call at Voss Chapel from 2PM to 7PM on Sunday and Monday after 9AM.

Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery with a Voss Dove release.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
