Lana J. Patrick

January 21, 1952 - September 22, 2016

Lana Jean Patrick, 64, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away Thursday September 22, 2016, at the Kindred Hospital South in Greenwood.

She was born January 21, 1952, in Seymour, the daughter of the late William and Elsie (Nale) Davis.

She married David Edward Patrick on April 27, 1969.

Lana was a wonderful lady of Christian faith who served for over 30 years as a Sunday school teacher. She loved working with all children and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, her children; Todd (Lora) Patrick, Neil Patrick and Brandi Patrick, five grandchildren; Megan, Morgan, Brishan, Brayden, and Braylon Patrick, one great-grandchild, Elias Ford, and her sisters; Brenda Stacey and Rita Klakamp.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Mike Davis.

A Graveside Service will be conducted Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at 10:00 am at Riverview Cemetery.

Arrangements were made through Voss & Sons Funeral and Crematory Service, Seymour, Indiana.
