Lawrence “Ed” Edward Goble

Mr. Lawrence Edward “ED” Goble, 42 of Seymour passed away August 3, 2015 at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
Ed was born in Seymour on February 7, 1973 the son of the late Dennis Lee Goble and Judith Ann Gray Goble, who survives in Seymour.

Ed had attended The Point Church, here in Seymour and was a graduate of Seymour High School class of 1991. After graduating from high school he went to work at Lees Ready Mix, where he worked for 16 years. He then went to work for Indiana Department of Transportation, where he was still employed.

He was a wonderful father, who enjoyed fishing, working on cars and would be known as a fix it man.

He is survived by his mother, son Dakota Goble, fiancé Marigold (son Edward) Raliegh, brother William Lee (Greta) Goble, sister Paula Jo Pruitt, aunts and uncles, niece, Alaina Engelking, and nephews, Jared Engelking, Vinnie Goble, William Goble and Jacob Goble.

He is preceded in death by his father.
Funeral service will be at Voss Chapel on Thursday 7:00 p.m., with Rev. Steve Greene officiating. Ed’s wishes were for cremation which will follow the service at the Voss and Sons Crematory.
Family and friends may call at Voss Chapel on Thursday after 3:00 p.m. until time of service.
Memorial checks may be written to the American heart association or charity of choice.
