Mrs. Louise E. Deweese, 82 of Seymour, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015 at The Covered Bridge Health Campus.
Louise was born in Tampico, Indiana, June 29, 1933, the daughter of the late Roy and Ruth Cochran Waskom.
On February 15, 1953 in Brownstown, IN., she married Raymond W. Deweese, who precedes in death.
Louise was a housewife and retired from Pantosote (HO Canfield) after 30 years of service. She then worked at Jackson Park Nursing Home as a CNA.
She enjoyed crafts, camping, and bird watching and was an artist.
Louise is survived by her children Raymond (Shelly) Deweese, Vicki (Dana) Naffe and Rhea Dawn (Joe) Palmer, grandchildren Lori Barnett, Ginger Troncone, Shannon O’Neal, Shane Deweese, Michelle Deweese, Benjamin Deweese, Steven Deweese, Alex Naffe, 12 great grandchildren, sisters Betty ( Don) Tatlock, Shelby Johnson and Debbie Abbott, several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Donna Blanton, daughter Kathy Ann Deweese and a great nephew.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 22st , at Voss Chapel at 10:00 a.m., with Rev. Tom Judd officiating.
Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at Voss Chapel on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Monday after 9:00am until time of service.
Memorials may be given to American Cancer Society or Trinity Lutheran High School.
