Paul William French, 34, of Seymour passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour. He was born on September 10, 1988, in Seymour the son of John French and Debra Reed. On April 16, 2010, he married Tangi Robison in the Dominican Republic, and she survives.
In addition to his wife Tangi, Paul is survived by one daughter, Naomi French; his father, John (Mary) French; mother, Debra (Bud) Weddle; four brothers, Johnny Reed, Ryan French, Derek Weddle, and Aiden French; one sister, Alyssa French; four step brothers, James Hare, Jared Proffit, Dusty Weddle and Timothy Weddle; three step sisters, Chelsea Wooten, Courtney Carpenter and Ashley Proffit; Paternal grandfather, Delbert Phillips and Paternal grandmother, Lity Johnson; mother and father in-law, Tina Robison and Tim Robison; his corgi Simone; cat Jade; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles cousins and countless friends.
Paul was preceded in death by a stepbrother, Jeremy Hare, Paternal grandfather, Donald French; Paternal Grandmother, Joyce Phillips and a Maternal Grandmother, Alice Reed.
Paul was a 2007 graduate of Brownstown Central High School. He was the proud owner of Frenchy’s Lawn Services, LLC in Seymour, which he started in 2021 and worked with his brother Derek and was loved by all his customers. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cornhole, shooting pool, playing darts and mushroom hunting. Of all his accomplishments, his daughter Naomi was his pride and joy. Family and his friends were the most important part of his life, as he enjoyed grilling out and having fish fry’s throughout the summer months with them. He never met a stranger and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services for Paul will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at 4 p.m. at the Voss and Sons Funeral Home in Seymour with Cleon Wright officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Naomi French Education Fund.
