Penny S. Smith, 43, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away March 27, 2016, at Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was born February 16, 1973, in Seymour, Indiana, the daughter of Gerald and Alice (Bottorff) Ault both of whom survive.

She is survived by her parents, children, Porscha Jolly, Brittany Jolly, Zach Chasteen, Brandon Jolly, Michael Fisher, and Tyler Fisher; two grandchildren, a brother, Brian Ault, and a sister, Cindy Ault Branum.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2016, at Voss Chapel. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Friends and family may gather at Voss Chapel on Thursday after 11:00 a.m. until time of service.

Memorial checks may be written to charity of choice.
