Penny Sue Voss Garrison, 75, passed away Friday night, September 29, 2023. She was a life long resident of Seymour.
She was born February 6, 1948 in Seymour to Kenneth and Margaret Holeman Voss. Survivors include her sister, Cynthia Voss (Patrick) Ruddick of Seymour, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Scotty Patrick Voss; and two brothers, Gary Wayne Voss and Walter Clinton Voss.
Penny was a 1966 graduate of Seymour High School.
She was a CNA for Muscatatuck State Hospital for many years.
Penny was a lifelong member of Immanual Lutheran Church in Seymour. Her interests included reading and vacationing with friends.
Rev. Dr. Ralph Blomenberg will officiate a graveside service at 1PM, Thursday, October 12, at Riverview Cemetery.
