Roberta Jean Holland

Mrs. Roberta Jean Holland, 75, passed away on Thursday, February 8th, 2017, at Schneck Medical Center.
Roberta was born in Seymour, to Robert “Ted” and Betty Jean (Hinton) Shutters. She graduated from Indiana School for the Deaf in 1960, as her grandson C.W. Raby, II, did in 2016.
She was married to John Holland who survives.
She was a homemaker and formerly worked for Gerwin Shoe Factory before retiring from Siensheimer Clothing Factory after several years of service. She enjoyed sewing for family and friends. She loved her grand kids, and some would say they were her world.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers: Danny and Charles Shutters.
She is survived by her husband, daughters: Betsie (Michael) Sutter, Isabelle (Toby) Collins, Sandra McFall (Brian) Beebe, and Julia McFall, a brother: Jeff (Wanda) Shutters, 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and another on the way.
Funeral service will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday after 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
