I apologize to reach out in this way. But I just recently went to a 40 year class reunion and Scott Carr’s name came up. Someone was wishing there was a way to get in touch with him so, of course, I started googling. This is the closest I was able to get. Is there any chance this Scott Carr lived in Ogden Utah in 1970 and attended Taylor Elementary? He lived on 21 St and Custer Avenue. If this is not the correct Scott Carr, please forgive me for taking your time. You may respond to me by email krish.ogden@gmail.com. Thank you.
